ขั้นตอนและข้อกำหนดสำหรับขอใบกำกับภาษี
- ลูกค้าที่ต้องการรับใบกำกับภาษีจะต้องกดรับสินค้า
หรือ ให้สถานะคำสั่งซื้อเป็น “สำเร็จ” ก่อนเท่านั้นจึงจะสามารถกรอกฟอร์มขอใบกำกับภาษีได้
หลังจากกดรับสินค้าแล้ว ลูกค้าจะต้องกรอกรายละเอียดขอใบกำกับภาษีภายใน 14 วัน
- ลูกค้าที่แจ้งขอใบกำกับภาษีเข้ามา แต่คำสั่งซื้อของท่านขึ้นสถานะ
ยกเลิก หรือ ขอคืนเงิน ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ดำเนินการออกและจัดส่งเอกสารให้
โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- บริษัทจะ ออกและส่งใบกำกับภาษีทางอีเมล์ ให้กับท่าน หลังจากที่ท่านได้กรอกฟอร์มขอใบกำกับภาษีภายใน 7-14 วันทำการ โดยวันที่ระบุในเอกสารจะเป็นวันที่ออก ไม่ใช่วันที่สั่งซื้อสินค้า
- Customers who want to receive a tax invoice must click receive the product or the order status must be Completed before fill out the tax invoice request form. After clicked receive the product customers must fill out details to request a tax invoice within 14 days.
- Customers requested a tax invoice but your order has a status of Cancel or Refund the shop reserves the right to deny your request and will not issue a tax invoice without prior notice.
Remark: The company will issue and send tax invoice via e-mail to you after you filled out the tax invoice request form within 7-14 working days. The date specified in the document will be the date of issue not the date you placed an order.
